No cherubs in the restroom of this ultra modern restaurant. 17 of us ate at a long table with heavy white cloth and napkins, seasonal floral arrangements and lovely, though perhaps again too amply portioned, food. My vegetable broth had the smallest pieces of carrot, leek and pumpkin I have ever seen. Clearly Swiss precision is not just about watches.
