The placement of this toilet roll seems oddly high until you reach for it and then you wonder why the custom developed to place them so low. This is much simpler both visually and physically. Nice day, great group of friends and luscious foods. Happy Easter!

Nice day for a long walk. The best part was hearing a cacophony of croaking and then coming on the vernal pool from whence the tadpoles were making all the noise. Nature!!

I don't know what Lauren Bacall has to do with anything at the farm to table restaurant tucked into a strip mall next to DQ, but I do know it is worth a drive to eat here.

Not much happening of note in this restroom, but the showcase by Alison Chase Performance dance troupe was quite amazing. Echoes of her career as artistic director of Pilobolus, but with a totally different resonance. What a treat.

This might be the most painterly restroom I have ever been in. Truly inspired. Imagine how long it took to sponge all this paint on every surface.

Not sure why the management felt it was necessary to justify not throwing things in the toilet. Love the space that this firm has made in the old Witch Hazel factory building 8 and all the discussion around building a regional cultural alliance to promote the lower CT River valley. This group just might make something happen. Glad to be part of it.

I would not have expected this "green" sign here. I am expanding my horizons by attending a 'conversation' between 3 young curators on who to be collecting these days. Good to get professional advice with so many "artists" in the world tiday

If it is on Neon, it must be in New York - or Vegas!

Too many people outside, so I took the door from in the restroom. Kind of fun having the tempered glass insert with Toilet on it- for those who can't read backwards. I would recommend this Wast Village eatery. Lots of windows light and a fun Paris cafe feel with farm to table food.

You have to admire New York law firms. This restroom, which is in the uptown meeting offices of the firm, has more marble than most high end hotels. As I get older I object less to certain excesses, like going to 56 street rather than Wall St to sign a document, but still feel my hackles rise at this.
