That an establishment like this would have an orchid in the rest room is not surprising. That it is silk is. Here to find out about the Grameen Health Initiative. More on that later.

If you want people to do the supposedly ecological thing and use the air dryer, why give them the choice if towels? Although I got my gas at Sunoco, I had to come across the street to use this restroom. Annoying.

Long time since I was anywhere to visit a "Girls" room. Here to help sort clothing for the "New and Better" rack of the annual Child and Family tag sale. A ton if work to make around 30k of unrestricted funds for this great organization.

You only find sinks like this in old mansions. I got to use the Employees restroom, hence all the stuff on and around the sink. You should have seen the rest of the stuff in there.

Rules of The Loo- Really. Pretty amusing. No books inside makes sense in a book store. One person at a time-why?

Golden Theater:Manhattan

As these old fashioned tiles indicate, this is a cozy old fashioned theater. Loving Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike. Nice to laugh at a play that I seriously able to poke fun at Chekov.

Totally surprised to enter this small 8th avenue Vietnamese pho restaurant and find a refreshingly arty and airy interior. The owner is half Vietnamese and the food is fresh and authentic. Great for pre-theater quick dining.

Artist Studio:Manhattan

Don't know how this artist managed to wrangle a semi-private restroom in this commercial building, but this is it. Pretty nice I'd say. All he is lacking is a shower.

Only a few blocks away from Jivamuchi off Union Square, but totally different vibe. Love the hard wood floors and pierced tin ceiling here. Less trendy feeling which suits me. And guess what- the open air market is open I. Wednesday. Sensational.
