Shame on the architect for designing such a faulty closure. This museum has only been open for 2 days and look at what has happened to the wall. Otherwise quite a breathtaking space with a terrific permanent collection and a moving retrospective of Chinese dissident artist Ai Wei Wei.

What is so special about this toilet seat you are wondering? It has been hand wipes by an employee that's what. He does this for each of the 5 restrooms before the next person can use it. "Mrs. Goldberg insists," he said. Funny that a Jew owns a Cuban fusion restaurant.

I was not going to post from this airport, but the fact that my flight has been delayed by an hour, giving me plenty of being bored time, and that this is the second airport toilet flusher that is broken, I felt I must. The last one was missing the unit altogether. This one feel into the wall when I pushed it.

Trust the Italians to come up with a new design for hand dryers in public restrooms. This one has two bars you pit your hands between and air jets out of a series if holes along each bar drying top and bottom simultaneously. Looks cool and works great.

Seriously. A magnifying mirror. Do they think anyone really wants to see themselves that clearly after an overnight flight? And what's with the sonic water selector. So high tech here in business class. Glad I was in the restroom when someone opened the bin over my seat and a liter of water fell out and sprayed everywhere. Only have wet socks from walking in the aisle.

Boat heads are always special. This one is pretty industrial and very clean. After a hot day it was delightful to board this vessel for a cruise down the CT River where we saw 4 eagles, several osprey, a number of herons and, our ultimate goal, hundreds of thousands of sparrows gathering at sunset to bed down in the reeds for the night. An unbelievable display.

I have never seen a toilet seat with a built in handle for raising it. Has it always been there and I am just now noticing it or is it a recent addition? And why would you need this in a women only restroom?

Good thing there are only a few matches left in the tournament since in this case X marks the spot where the toilet is broken. Serena Williams and Victoria Azarenka are slugging it out for the Women's title. Pretty thrilling to be here.
