Bus from El Passo to Marfa:Texas

I don't want to be too graphic, but I think it is rather gross to see a small well of yellow in the corner of the floor even if you are on a bus. Would have been nice to have hand wipes available as well. 2hrs 45 min into the trip with 45min to go. Just stopped to see the Marfa Prada installation on the side of the highway. Pretty odd and recently vandalized not for the product, but as an artistic comment.

Here's a cherry sign I have not come across before. Sets the tone for the play I saw- Buyer and Cellar. Sometimes it is fun not to know anything about what you are going to see other than its tone which, in this case, was hilarious. Just go.

These trough sinks are all the rage. I like the look, but being so shiny white and with overbright lighting, feels a bit like an operating scrub room. Overall the renovations here are most welcome, especially the new seats. Steve Martin's adaptation of The Underpants was entertaining and humorous. Wish he had been in the stage. Sigh.

I am 5'6" and I had to reach for this paper towel dispenser. What are the short people supposed to do? Thanks to my daughter in law for bringing me to see the opera Anna Nicole Smith. Think it has been an iconic, if rather depressing, experience. The audience certainly is going wild for it.

Who ever heard of a theater with a one stall restroom? And what's with the saloon style stall door? While the facilities might be odd, I can highly recommend the performance by Nathan Lane in The Nance. A terrific play and all around good cast.

Aren't they smart to have a totally molded door so the hook and non can't fall off? Those Yankees are so ingenious.

One lonely sink. Plenty of room for more and plenty of lights. What do you think happened? Witnessed an amazing presentation of The Intergalactic Nemisis a staged performance of a graphic novel which practically defies description. 3 actors, a special affects table manned by one woman, a pianist, a computer genius controlling the projection of the graphic images and a sound person. Totally amazing. Check out the website and try to find a performance. Makes me want to move to Austin where all this creativity stems from.

This sink reminds me of sand dunes. Don't ask why. Just saw an amazing production of 'Oedipus'. Bodes well for the next few days.

Plenty of stalls here and not another soul inside. Unusual for a packed theater performance. Laughed until I cried in this totally entertaining evening of song and old fashioned clowning called Old Hats. I am in love with Bill Irwin. Anyone know if e is available?

As these old fashioned tiles indicate, this is a cozy old fashioned theater. Loving Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike. Nice to laugh at a play that I seriously able to poke fun at Chekov.
